3D Modelling
In the jewelry industry, 3D modeling is a revolutionary technology that allows jewelry designs to be created in three dimensions in a digital environment
As Marmara Jewellery, we accelerate the design process and produce more precise and intricate designs by utilizing this advanced technology.”
By enabling the rapid and error-free production of prototypes through 3D modeling, we provide significant advantages in both the design and manufacturing stages.”
Thanks to Marmara Jewellery’s expertise, we push the boundaries of design with 3D modeling technology and respond to customer demands with the highest quality. This technology not only saves time and costs in the production of creative and innovative jewelry but also allows us to achieve excellent results in both aesthetics and functionality.
Marmara Jewellery takes a pioneering role in jewelry design with 3D modeling, elevating the uniqueness and elegance of each design to the highest level
In the first step of the jewelry design process, the design concept is meticulously defined. At this stage, hand-drawn sketches or digital drawings are used to establish the fundamental elements and overall structure of the design.
In the 3d modeling process, various software tools are available for jewelry design, including rhino, matrixgold, zbrush, blender, and tinkercad. these programs offer specialized tools and features that enable the creation of creative and detailed jewelry models.
Using the selected software, the 3d model of the jewelry is created. at this stage, all details of the jewelry (such as stone settings, patterns, surface textures, etc.) are designed digitally. the designer utilizes the software’s tools to create, modify, and refine the model.”
Once the model is completed, the designer moves on to detailing and fine-tuning. this stage involves precisely adjusting the size of stone settings, adding surface textures, and perfecting the overall aesthetic appearance. each detail is carefully addressed to enhance the design’s quality and ensure the jewelry meets the highest standards
Once the model is completed, a render is produced to assess the design’s realistic appearance. this process generates high-detail, lifelike images of the model. the render plays a crucial role in sharing the design with the customer and obtaining feedback, providing a clear view of the final design.”
Once the digital model is complete, physical prototypes can be produced using 3d printers. this stage is crucial for checking how the model appears with actual dimensions and details. the 3d-printed prototype of the jewelry can also be used for casting or other manufacturing processes.
Final adjustments and refinements made to the prototype are transferred back to the digital model. the final model is then completed through traditional jewelry processes such as casting, assembly, and polishing.
